環境
位於白鷺湖互動中心內的小白鷺餐廳，面向吐露港，背倚翠綠群山。餐廳迴廊外就是小白鷺瀉湖，湖中常有小白鷺徜徉飛翔。整個建築物採用寧靜雅緻的十九世紀南歐建築風格設計，室內裝飾則混合了原始色彩和異國情調，環境質樸舒適，讓您神馳於大自然氛圍中。
Environment
Named after the flock of little egrets feeding regularly in the lagoon outside the restaurant, the Little Egret Restaurant is a haven for the busy Hong Kong people seeking refuge to recharge their batteries. The Park where the restaurant is housed is a two-leveled 19th Century Mediterranean style building. The elegant, laid back and relaxed tone of this building. Blends effortlessly with the idyllic surrounding.

小白鷺餐廳佔地萬多呎，可同時為三百多位顧客提供服務。在特別的日子更會為您準備清新脫俗的各類輕音樂演奏。 另外迴廊雅座、星光露天酒廊及宴會廳，又是您的另一種選擇。
Facilities
The interior decorations of the restaurant are eclectic blends of elements from diverse primitive and exotic cultures. You can find Polynesian tapa lying side by side with American Native pottery, an East African Maasai tribal sculpture is merged harmoniously with Mayan fabric.
The 6,000 square feet floor space contains more than 300 seats, a fully licensed bar. A stage is decorated in Taos / Santa Fe style. This will be the centre for a variety of performances during special occasions. Alternatively, you can take a seat in our verandah and starry night tavern or hold a party in one of our function rooms.

Gourmet Cuisine
Our experienced kitchen staffs are on hand to prepare rich and delicious cuisines from around the world for our patrons. Our chef recommends: Baked Escargots Puff Pastry, Cobb Salad, Roasted Lamb Leg Bone in Middle East Style, Grilled Veal Chop with Fresh Mushroom Sauce, Baked Kurobuta Pork Chop Fried Rice and Thai Style Curry.
