往來青山道及上水之公共小巴及
九巴70、72、72A、73A、74A， 途經大埔道，於翡翠花園或滌濤山下車，步行5至10分鐘即到。

Minibuses & Buses: Red stripe minibuses run between Sheung Shui and Jordan or Sham Shui Po, or Public Buses-Route No. 70, 72, 72A, 73A, 74A, get off at Savanna Garden or Constellation Cove at Tai Po Road, followed by a 5 minutes walk.

私家車

1. 由港島、九龍、沙田方向前往本中心 -
   經獅子山隧道 / 大老山隧道 / 城門隧道 入沙田後，沿吐露港公路北行，見 [ 大學 ] 路牌靠左轉入大埔公路，沿該路北行，經過 "中文大學" 後約三至五分鐘車程，右方見屋苑 "滌濤山" 告示牌，右轉，沿斜路駛至盡頭即抵本中心。
   
   
2. 由新界北、大埔方向前往本中心 -
   沿吐露港公路南行，見 [ 大埔南 ] 路牌靠左轉入廣褔迴旋處，選 [ 大埔滘 ] 出口駛入大埔公路，沿該路南行約一分鐘車程，沿途先經 "燕子里"、再過 "南苑" ，下一路口左轉，沿斜路駛至盡頭即抵本中心。

   Tolo Habour Highway (South to North) [University] about 5mins, after passing the “Chinese University of Hong Kong”, “Deer Hill Bay” and “Japaness Internation School” aturn right at [Tai Po Kau Village] / “Constellation Cove” Kerry Lake Egret Nature Park located at the end of the road
   
2. From Northern New Territories -
   Tolo Habour Highway (North to South) [Tai Po (South)] [Tai Po Market] a roundabout [Tai Po Kau] about 1 min, passing “Yin Tze Lane” and “Southview Villas” a turn left at [Tai Po Kau Village] / “Constellation Cove” Kerry Lake Egret Nature Park located at the end of the road
